With just three questions, this quick and anonymous online survey helps you discover what matters most to your employees and what they feel is in most need of improvement. And yes, there is no extra fee with your membership. It’s part of your annual membership with Cascade (meaning you can do it every year).

Here is all we need to get started:

  • Proposed survey launch date
  • Proposed survey close date
  • Employee count (headcount)
  • All employee email addresses in an Excel spreadsheet

Once we get these details confirmed, you will receive a sample email that you can distribute to your team in preparation of the survey. Then, we’re all ready to launch the survey. Pretty easy!

Once the survey is complete, you will receive a detailed summary of the results and have a better understanding of the experience your employees are having and what you can do to better attract, retain and engage your workforce.
